1. Website operator and scope

This website is operated by SIX PILLARS CAPITAL LTD, a Cyprus company, with business contact address Peristeriou 1 Α, 6018, Larnaca, Cyprus. Contact: info@sixpillars.capital; +357 97 745218.

These terms describe the permitted use of our corporate website and the framework for enquiries about bespoke website design, development and AI-powered web platforms. Browsing the website does not order a service, create a paid subscription or conclude a project agreement.

2. Proposals and project agreements

A service engagement begins only when the parties accept a written proposal or agreement through an agreed means. That document defines the deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment arrangements, timetable, review and acceptance process, intellectual property rights and any support or maintenance. Its agreed provisions take precedence over these general website terms for the relevant engagement.

Additional features, integrations or changes to scope require written agreement on any effect on cost and delivery. Hosting, ongoing maintenance, third-party subscriptions and service levels are included only where expressly agreed. Nothing on this website promises a particular commercial result, search ranking or revenue outcome.

3. Collaboration and client materials

We may work with independent freelancers and specialist subcontractors. Their involvement does not alter the responsibilities we have accepted in the project agreement. Access to client information is limited to the relevant assignment and appropriate confidentiality and data protection arrangements.

For an agreed project, the client must supply the information, decisions and materials required by the agreed timetable and hold the permissions necessary for their intended use. Project-specific responsibility for approvals, content and licences is set out in the written agreement. Sending an unsolicited idea or document does not transfer its ownership to us.

4. AI-enabled project work

Where a project includes AI functionality, the agreed scope must identify its intended use, relevant integrations, data handling, evaluation and any human review requirements. AI-generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be assessed for the intended use. The website itself supplies no automated professional advice or decision-making service. It does not grant permission to use client confidential information for model training.

5. Website content and acceptable use

Rights in the website design, code, text, photographs, graphics and marks remain with us or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and retain reasonable copies for evaluating our services. Republishing, licensing or commercially reusing protected material requires the relevant permission. Any transfer or licence of project deliverables is governed by the project agreement.

You must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability or security, impersonate another person, or use the website to infringe third-party rights. Ordinary links to our public pages are permitted where they do not falsely imply endorsement or misrepresent our business.

6. Availability and external references

We take reasonable care over the website, but content may change and interruptions or errors can occur. Service descriptions are general information; obtain a current written proposal for a specific requirement. Links to other organisations do not make us responsible for their services or content. Information about our corporate shareholding is not an offer to acquire shares or an investment recommendation.

7. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising solely from use of this free information website. Project liabilities are governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or mandatory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Privacy, disputes and changes

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe data processing associated with the website. Questions or concerns may be sent to info@sixpillars.capital so that we can seek a practical resolution.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The competent Cyprus courts may determine disputes, subject to any mandatory rules on jurisdiction and consumer protection. A consumer retains any mandatory protection and right to bring proceedings available under applicable law.

We may revise these terms for future website use and will show the revision date. A website update does not retrospectively change an existing project agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The English and Greek versions are intended to have the same meaning; no language clause removes mandatory rights.
